栄養士法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendments to the Nutritionists Law
栄養士法(昭和二十二年法律第二百四十五号)の一部を次のように改正する。
The Nutritionists Law (Law No.245 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:
第二條第一項第一号、同條第三項及び第十二條第二項中「一年以上」を「二年以上」に改める。
In Article 2 paragraph 1 item (1), paragraph 3 of the same Article and Article 12 paragraph 2, "more than a year" shall be amended as "not less than two years" .
第二條の次に次の一條を加える。
The following one Article shall be added next to Article 2:
Article 2-(2). The Nutritionists Examination Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Examination Committee) shall be established in the Ministry of Welfare to take charge of the matters pertaining to the examination for nutritionists.
審査会は、委員十五人以内で組織する。
The Examination Committee shall be composed of the members not exceeding fifteen in number.
審査会に、特に必要があるときは、臨時委員を置くことができる。
The Examination Committee, in case of special necessity, may have the temporary members.
委員は、関係行政機関の職員及び栄養に関し学識経験のある者のうちから厚生大臣が任命する。
The members shall be appointed by the Minister of Welfare from among the personnel of the administrative organs concerned and persons of learning and experience concerning nutrition.
審査会に、委員の互選による委員長一人を置く。
The Examination Committee shall have one chairman elected by mutual vote of members.
この法律で定めるものの外、委員の任期、委員長の職務その他審査会に関して必要な事項は、政令で定める。
Other than those provided for by this Law, the term of office of members, responsibilities of the chairman and other necessary matters concerning the Examination Committee shall be determined by Cabinet Order.
附 則
Supplementary Provisions:
1 この法律は、昭和二十五年四月一日から施行する。
1. This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1950.
2. Those who come under the provisions of Article 2 paragraph 1 item (1) and item (2) of the old Law at the time of enforcement of this Law, or those who are being trained in the training schools as provided for in item 1 of the same paragraph of the same Article, if they have completed their courses, may obtain the licence from governors of To, Do, Fu and prefectures till September 30, 1952, regardless of the amended provision of Article 2.
