1.　This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1950.

2.　In case the person who has got an assignment of goods for the fiscal year 1949-50 and before under the provisions of orders based on the Law concerning the Temporary Adjustment of Demand and Supply of Commodities (Law No.32 of 1946) takes over the goods concerned or in case the person who has got an assignment of goods for the fiscal year 1950-51 under the said provisions takes over the goods concerned before the enforcement of this Law, the provisions of the Law concerning the Collection of Commissions, etc. on the Assignment of Goods shall be still effective, even after the enforcement of this Law, to the collection of assignment fees and responsibility of sealing stamp, the application of penal provisions to actions in contravention of the responsibility of assignment fees payment or responsibility of sealing stamp and the effect of assignment official document, related to the goods concerned.
