2. Among the assets belonging to this Account, the jurisdictions of those being used by the i forestry experiment stations, excluding properties acquired for value by this Account (meaning the properties prescribed in Article 2 of the National Property Law (Law No.73 of 1948);hereinafter the same), may be transferred their jurisdictions to the General Account free of charge, and the properties acquired for value by this Account and being used by the forestry experiment stations may be used by the General Account free of charge, for the time being.
