食糧管理特別会計法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendment to the Food Control Special Account Law
食糧管理特別会計法（大正十年法律第三十七号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Food Control Special Account Law (Law No.37 of 1921) shall be partially amended as follows:
第四條ノ二中「千五百億円」を「千七百億円」に改める。
In Article 4-(2), "150,000,000,000 yen" shall be amended as "170,000,000,000 yen" .
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
１　この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
1.　This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
２　政府は、食糧管理特別会計の歳入不足を補てんするため、昭和二十四年度において、一般会計から百七十億九千三百万円を限り、この会計に繰入金をすることができる。
2.　For the purpose of covering the shortage of revenues of the Food Control Special Account, the Government shall be authorized to make the transfer to this Account from the General Account up to the amount of 17,093,000,000 yen, within the fiscal year 1949-50.
