In Article 9, "the Law concerning Salaries and Other Compensations granted to Prime Minister, etc." and "the overtime allowance prescribed in the Law concerning Temporary Measure for Allowance of the Government Personnel with the Enforcement of the Labor Standard Law and Others (Law No.167 of 1947)" shall respectively be amended as "the persons enumerated in Article 1 items (1) to (18) inclusive of the Law concerning Salary and Other Compensations for National Public Service Personnel in the Special Government Service (Law No.252 of 1949)" and "the overtime allowance, holiday allowance, and night-duty allowance based on the Law administering the New Pay (Law No.46 of 1948)" .

In the Annexed Table, the clauses of Assistant Judge and Judge of Summary Court shall be amended as follows;
