復興金融金庫法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendments to the Reconversion Finance Bank Law
復興金融金庫法（昭和二十一年法律第三十四号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Reconversion Finance Bank Law (Law No.34 of 1946) shall be partially amended as follows:
第三條中「千四百五十億円」を「千二百億円」に改め、同條に次の但書を加える。
In Article 3, "145,000,000,000 yen" shall be amended as "120,000,000,000 yen" ;and to the same Article, the following proviso shall be added:
但し、復興金融金庫が復興金融金庫に対する政府出資等に関する法律（昭和二十四年法律第百十四号）第三條の規定により回收金を国庫に納付した場合には、復興金融金庫は、当該回收金を納付した年度の末日において、その納付した金額（当該金額に一億円未満の金額があるときは、その金額を切り捨てた金額）に相当する金額の減資を行うものとする。
;provided that in case the Reconversion Finance Bank pays the withdrawn money into the Treasury under the provision of Article 3 of the Law concerning Government Investment, etc. to the Reconversion Finance Bank (Law No.114 of 1949), the Reconversion Finance Bank shall reduce the capital by the amount equivalent to the amount of said withdrawal paid into the Treasury (the amount not exceeding 100,000,000 yen, if any, shall be cut off) on the final date of the fiscal year in which such amount of withdrawn was paid in.
第四條第一項中「千四百五十億円」を「復興金融金庫の資本金の全額」に改める。
In Article 4 paragraph 1, "145,000,000,000 yen" shall be amended as "the full amount of the capital of the Reconversion Finance Bank" .
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、復興金融金庫の昭和二十四年度の決算の時から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the time of settlement of account of the Reconversion Finance Bank for the fiscal year 1949-50.
