家畜伝染病予防法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendment to the Law concerning the Prevention of Infectious Disease of Domestic Animals
家畜伝染病予防法（大正十一年法律第二十九号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Law concerning the Prevention of Infectious Disease of Domestic Animals (Law No.29 of 1922) shall be partially amended as follows:
第二十四條第一項中「三万円」を「九万円」に改める。
In Article 24 paragraph 1, "30,000 yen" shall be amended as "90,000 yen" .
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
１　この法律は、昭和二十五年一月一日から施行する。
1.　This Law shall come into force as from January 1, 1950.
２　この法律施行前に第二十四條第一項各号の一に該当した家畜又は物品について、その所有者に対し交付する手当金については、なお従前の例による。
2.　The allowances which are delivered to the owner of such domestic animal or article which has come under any of the items of Article 24 paragraph 1 before the enforcement of this Law, shall be as heretofore.
