日本國有鉄道法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendments to the Japanese National Railways Law
日本國有鉄道法（昭和二十三年法律第二百五十六号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The following partial amendments shall be made to the Japanese National Railways Law (Law No.256 of 1948):
第十二條第二項を削り、第三項を第二項とする。
Paragraph 2 of Article 12 shall be deleted, and paragraph 3 shall be changed to paragraph 2.
第十四條第二項を削る。
Paragraph 2 of Article 14 shall be deleted.
第二十一條及び第二十六條第二項中「第三項」を「第二項」に改める。
In Article 21 and paragraph 2 of Article 26, "paragraph 3" shall be amended as "paragraph 2" .
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
