Law for Abolition of Dairy Farming Adjustment Law
1. Dairy Farming Adjustment Law (Law No.27 of 1939) shall be abolished.
2. As to the liquidation of the Dairy Industry Association and taxation on the same as well as penalty clauses for the act done before the enforcement of this Law, the Dairy Farming Adjustment Law shall be applicable even after the enforcement of this Law.
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
