I hereby promulgate the Law for Abolition of Dairy Farming Adjustment Law. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This first day of the sixth month of the twenty-fourth year of Showa (June 1, 1949) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.180 Law for Abolition of Dairy Farming Adjustment Law 1. Dairy Farming Adjustment Law (Law No.27 of 1939) shall be abolished. 2. As to the liquidation of the Dairy Industry Association and taxation on the same as well as penalty clauses for the act done before the enforcement of this Law, the Dairy Farming Adjustment Law shall be applicable even after the enforcement of this Law.
