（食料品配給公團法の改正）
(Amendments to the Grocery Distribution Kodan Law)
第一條　食料品配給公團法（昭和二十二年法律第二百一号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 1.　The Grocery Distribution Kodan Law (Law No.201, 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:
第一條第一項中「（グルタミン酸ソーダを含む。）」及び「罐詰、」を削る。
In Article 1 paragraph 1, "(including monosodium glutamate)" and "canned-food" shall be deleted.
第三條第三項中「復興金融金庫から借り入れるものとする。」を「借入金によることができる。」に改める。
In Article 3 paragraph 3, "shall be obtained by loan from the Reconstruction Finance Bank" shall be amended as "may be obtained by loans" .
第三十一條第一項中「昭和二十四年七月一日」を「昭和二十五年四月一日」に改める。
In Article 31 paragraph 1, "July 1, 1949" shall be amended as "April 1, 1950" .

第二條　飼料配給公團法（昭和二十二年法律第二百二号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 2.　The Feed Distribution Kodan Law (Law No.202, 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:
第三條第三項中「復興金融金庫から借り入れるものとする。」を「借入金によることができる。」に改める。
In Article 3 paragraph 3, "shall be obtained by loan from the Reconstruction Finance Bank" shall be amended as "may be obtained by loans" .
第三十二條第一項中「昭和二十四年七月一日」を「昭和二十五年四月一日」に改める。
In Article 32 paragraph 1, "July 1, 1949" shall be amended as "April 1, 1950" .
（油糧配給公團法の改正）
(Amendments to the Oilstuff Distribution Kodan Law)
第三條　油糧配給公團法（昭和二十二年法律第二百三号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 3.　The Oilstuff Distribution Kodan Law (Law No.203, 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:
第三條第一項中「一千万円」を「十五億一千万円」に改め、同條第三項中「復興金融金庫から借り入れるものとする。」を「借入金によることができる。」に改める。
In Article 3 paragraph 1, "10,000,000 yen" shall be amended as "1,510,000,000 yen" and in paragraph 3 of the same Article, "shall be obtained by loan from the Reconstruction Finance Bank" shall be amended as "may be obtained by loans" .
第三十一條第一項中「昭和二十四年七月一日」を「昭和二十五年四月一日」に改める。
In Article 31 paragraph 1, "July 1, 1949" shall be amended as "April 1, 1950" .

(Amendments to the Food Control Law)
第四條　食糧管理法（昭和十七年法律第四十号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 4.　The Food Control Law (Law No.40 1942) shall be partially amended as follows:
第十六條第三項中「復興金融金庫ヨリ之ヲ借入ルモノトス」を「借入金ニ依ルコトヲ得」に改める。
In Article 16 paragraph 3, "shall be obtained by loan from the Reconstruction Finance Bank" shall read "may be obtained by loans" .
第二十條第一項中「昭和二十四年七月一日」を「昭和二十五年四月一日」に改める。
In Article 20, paragraph 1, "July 1, 1949" shall be amended as "April 1, 1950" .
（肥料配給公團令の改正）
(Amendments to the Fertilizer Distribution Kodan Ordinance)
第五條　肥料配給公團令（昭和二十二年勅令第百七十一号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 5.　The Fertilizer Distribution Kodan Ordinance (Imperial Ordinance No.171, 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:
第三條第三項中「復興金融金庫から借り入れるものとする。」を「借入金によることができる。」に改める。

附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
１　この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
1.　The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
２　食料品配給公團は、食料品配給公團法第一條第一項及び第十五條第一項の規定にかかわらず、この法律施行の際現にその所有し、又は占有する罐詰を処分することができる。この場合には、食料品配給公團法第二十五條第一号の規定は、適用しない。
2.　Regardless of the provisions of Article 1 paragraph 1 and Article 15 paragraph 1 of the Grocery Distribution Kodan Law, the Grocery Distribution Kodan may dispose of the canned food owned or possessed by the said Kodan at the time of enforcement of this Law. In this case, the provisions of Article 25, item (1) of the Grocery Distribution Kodan Law shall not apply.
