In Art.20, Par.5, "officials concerned" shall read "officials or employees of the Price Adjustment Public Corporation whom the Director-General of Price Board designates" and in Par.6 of the same Aaticle, next to "officials concerned" shall be added "or officials or employees of the Price Adjustment Public Corporation."
第二十二條の次に次の一條を加える。
Next to Art.22 shall be added the following one Article:
Article 22-(2). The Director-General of Price Board may, if he deems it necessary for proper adjustment of the price and the like, order the dealers to pay in a part of the price and the like which is the object of the payment concerned to the necessary extent to the Price Adjustment Public Corporation.
The Price Adjustment Public Corporation must, in accordance with the stipulation of the Director-General of Price Board, serve the dealers with the funds to cover the above price and the like, which is the object of the payment concerned.
第二十五條中「第二十三條第一項」を「第二十二條の二第一項、第二十三條第一項」に改める。
In Art.25, "Art.23, Par.1" shall read "Art.22-(2), Par.1 and Art.23, Par.1."

Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
