地方配付税法の特例に関する法律
Law concerning Exception to the Local Distribution Tax Law
地方配付税法（昭和二十三年法律第百十一号）第二條中「百分の三十三・一四」とあるのは、昭和二十四年度に限り「百分の十六・二九」と読み替えるものとする。
In Article 2 of the Local Distribution Tax Law (Law No.111 of 1948), "33.14%" shall read "16.29%" as for the fiscal year 1949-50 only.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は公布の日から施行し、昭和二十四年度分の地方配付税について適用する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation and shall apply to the local distribution tax of fiscal year 1949-50.
