I hereby promulgate the law for Partial Amendments to the Law concerning the Protection of the Government against Unjust Claims and Others.

Law for Partial Amendments to the Law concerning the Protection of the Government against Unjust Claims and Others
The following amendments shall be made to the Law concerning the Protection of the Government against Unjust Claims and Others (Law No.171 of 1947):
In Article 1, the following one item shall be added:
4 Goods or services to be supplied by contracts which the Government concluded under open competitive bidding or limited competitive bidding in accordance with the provisions of Sections I, II and III of Chapter VII of Budget, Settlement of Accounts and Accounts Regulations (Imperial Ordinance No.165 of 1947).
In Article 9, paragraph 2, "of items 1 and 2" shall be deleted.
Supplementary Provisions:
1 The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
2 Contracts completed before the enforcement of the present Law shall be followed to the precedents.
