Account to the Special Account for the Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance and Two Other Special Accounts in the Fiscal Year 1949-50 The Government shall be authorized to make transfers from the General Account to the Special Account for the Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance, the Foodstuff Control Special Account and the Agriculture sub-account of the Special Account for Agricultural Mutual Aid Insurance in the fiscal year 1949-50 to cover the deficit in revenues of the Special Account for the Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance, the Foodstuff Control Special Account and the Agriculture sub-account of the Special Account for Agricultural Mutual Aid Insurance:provided, that the maximum amount of the said transfers shall be 3,751,654,000 yen in the Special Account for the Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance, 2,898,453,000 yen in the Foodstuff Control Special Account and 850,688,000 yen in the Agriculture sub-account of the Special Account for Agricultural Mutual Aid Insurance. With respect to the transfers under the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Government shall afterwards transfer the amount equivalent to the said transfers from the Special Account for the Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance and the Agriculture sub-account of the Special Account for Agricultural Mutual Aid Insurance to the General Account as prescribed in the budget, except the transfers to the Foodstuff Control Special Account.
