Law for Partial Amendment to the Law of Special Account for the Capital Levy
Revenues, etc. A part of the Law of Special Account for the Capital Levy Revenues, etc.(Law No.53 of 1946) shall be amended as follows:
Next to Paragraph 5 of the Supplementary Provisions, the following one paragraph shall be added:
The sum to be appropriated for redemption of public bonds issued or borrowings made under the provision of Article 4 Paragraph 1 every fiscal year shall be, for the time being, the amount not less than 75% of the total sum of the payment price of property paid in kind, of which the proceeds from disposition (inclusive of refundments of securities, etc.) were received in the fiscal year concerned, the sum paid among the approved amount of delayed payment and the payment price of repaid deposits of old account, etc. regardless of the provisions of Article 4 Paragraph 3 and the Supplementary Provision Paragraph 5.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
