貿易資金特別会計法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendment to the Foreign Trade Fund Special Account Law
貿易資金特別会計法（昭和二十二年法律第百七十九号）の一部を次のように改正する。
A part of the Foreign Trade Fund Special Account Law (Law No.179 of 1947) shall be amended as follows:
第三條第一項中「及び外國貿易特別円資金特別会計からの繰入金」を「、第二十條の二の規定による組入金及び外國貿易特別円資金特別会計からの繰入金」に、同條第二項但書中「二百五十億円」を「三百億円」に改める。
In Art.3, par.1, "and transfers from the Special Account for Foreign Trade Special Yen Fund" shall read "transfers under the provisions of Article 20-(2) and transfers from the Special Account for Foreign Trade Special Yen Fund," and in the proviso to par.2 of the said Article, "twenty-five billion yen" shall read "thirty billion yen" .
第二十條の次に次の一條を加える。
Next to Art.20, one Article shall be added as follows:
第二十條の二　毎会計年度における第十三條の損益計算上の過剩については、同條第一項の規定にかかわらず、昭和二十二年度から第十九條に規定する別に法律で定める会計年度までの期間中は、これを貿易資金に組み入れるものとする。
Article 20-(2).　Surplus on the profit and loss account referred to in Article 13, for every fiscal year within the term from the fiscal year 1947-48 to the fiscal year as otherwise prescribed by a law under the provisions of Art.19, shall be transferred to the Foreign Trade Fund, regardless of the provisions of Art.13, par.1.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
