貿易公團法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendment to the Foreign Trade Public Corporation Law
貿易公團法（昭和二十二年法律第五十八号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Foreign Trade Public Corporation Law (Law No.58, 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:
第二條第一項中「
食糧貿易公團
原材料貿易公團
」を削る。
In Art.2 Par.1,"
The Foreign Trade Public Corporation for Foodstuff,"and
"The Foreign Trade Public Corporation for Raw Materials
"shall be deleted.
第四條第一項中「
食糧貿易公團 千五百万円
原材料貿易公團 千五百万円
」を削る。
In Art.4 Par.1,"
The Foreign Trade Public Corporation for Foodstuff \15,000,000,"and
"The Foreign Trade Public Corporation for Raw Materials \15,000,000
"shall be deleted.
第十六條第三項中「原材料貿易公團」を「貿易公團」に改め、同條第二項を削る。
In Art.16 Par.3, "The Foreign Trade Public Corporation for Raw Materials" shall read "The Foreign Trade Public Corporation," and in the same Article, Paragraph 2 shall be deleted.
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
１　この法律は、昭和二十四年四月一日から施行する。
1.　The present Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1949.
２　食糧貿易公團及び原材料貿易公團は、前項の時に解散する。
2.　The Foreign Trade Public Corporation for Foodstuff and the Foreign Trade Public Corporation for Raw Materials shall be dissolved as of the date as prescribed in the preceding paragraph.
３　食糧貿易公團及び原材料貿易公團は、解散の後においても、清算の目的の範囲内においては、その清算の結了に至るまでは、なお存続するものとみなす。
3.　Within the purview of liquidation purpose, the Foreign Trade Public Corporation for Foodstuff and the Foreign Trade Public Corporation for Raw Materials shall be deemed to survive up to conclusion of liquidation thereof, even after dissolution.
４　清算中の食糧貿易公團及び原材料貿易公團の資産及び債務であつて、昭和二十四年六月三十日に現に存するものは、その時に貿易資金特別会計において承継する。
4.　Of the assets and liabilities belonging to the Foreign Trade Public Corporation for Foodstuff and the Foreign Trade Public Corporation for Raw Materials in progress of liquidation, those which exist as of June 30, 1949, shall be succeeded by the Foreign Trade Fund Special Acount.
５　前三項に定めるものの外、食糧貿易公團及び原材料貿易公團の解散に関して必要な事項は、政令で定める。
5.　Necessary provisions other than the three preceding paragraphs regarding dissolution of the Foreign Trade Public Corporation for Foodstuff and the Foreign Trade Public Corporation for Raw Materials shall be prescribed by Cabinet Order.
６　第一項の時までにした行爲に対する罰則の適用に関しては、貿易公團法第二條の改正規定にかかわらず、なお從前の例による。
6.　Regarding application of the penal clauses to the conducts committed by the Foreign Trade Public Corporation for Foodstuff and the Foreign Trade Public Corporation for Raw Materials before the date as prescribed in Par.1, the former provisions shall still be effective in spite of the amended provisions of Art.2 of Foreign Trade Public Corporation Law.
