金資金特別会計法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendment to the Gold Fund Special Account Law
金資金特別会計法（昭和十二年法律第六十一号）の一部を次のように改正する。
A part of the Gold Fund Special Account Law (Law No.61 of 1937) shall be amended as follows:
第二條第一項中「六億円」を「三十二億三千三百万円」に改める。
In Art.2, paragraph 1 "600,000,000 yen" shall read "3,233,000,000 yen"
第九條を次のように改める。
Art.9 shall be amended as follows:
第九條　本会計ニ於テ支拂義務ノ発生シタル歳出金ニシテ当該年度内ニ支出済ト爲ラザリシモノニ係ル歳出予算ハ之ヲ翌年度ニ繰越使用スルコトヲ得
Article 9.　Appropriations, not yet disbursed within the fiscal year concerned, for which the obligation of payment accrued in the present Account may be carried over to and used in the following fiscal year:
前項ノ規定ニ依ル繰越ニ付テハ財政法（昭和二十二年法律第三十四号）第四十三條ノ規定ハ之ヲ適用セズ
With respect to the carrying over under the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the provisions of Article 43 of the Finance Law (Law No.34 of 1947) shall not apply.
大藏大臣第一項ノ規定ニ依リ繰越ヲ爲シタルトキハ会計檢査院ニ之ヲ通知スベシ
In case the Minister of Finance made the carrying over under the provisions of paragraph 1, he shall notify it to the Board of Audit.
第一項ノ規定ニ依ル繰越ヲ爲シタルトキハ当該経費ニ付テハ財政法第三十一條第一項ノ規定ニ依リ予算ノ配賦アリタルモノト看做ス
In case the carrying over was made under the provisions of paragraph 1, the appropriation concerned shall be regarded as the budget allocated under the provisions of Article 31, paragraph 1 of the Finance Law.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
