未復員者給與法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendment to the Law concerning Undemobilized Persons'Compensation
未復員者給與法（昭和二十二年法律第百八十二号）の一部を次のように改正する。
A part of the Law concerning Undemobilized Persons'Compensation (Law No.182 of 1947) shall be amended as follows:
第四條第二項を次のように改める。
Par.2, Article 4 shall be amended as follows:
扶養手当の月額は、扶養親族のうち妻（届出をしないが事実上婚姻関係と同樣の事情にある者を含む。）については六百円とし、その他の者については一人につき四百円とする。
The monthly amount of the family allowance shall be 600 yen for the wife out of the dependants of the family (inclusive of the wife who is actually in the same status as in a married relation, though she is not registered legally) and 400 yen per capita for the rest.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、昭和二十四年一月一日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from January 1, 1949.
