I hereby promulgate the Law for Amending a Part of the Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account to Cover the Deficits in Revenues of the Special Account for Deposit Bureau, Ministry of Finance and Other Two Special Accounts for Fiscal Year 1948-49.

Law for Amending a Part of the Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account to Cover the Deficits in Revenues of the Special Account for Deposit Bureau, Ministry of Finance and Other Two Special Accounts for Fiscal Year 1948-49
大藏省預金部特別会計外二特別会計の昭和二十三年度における歳入不足補てんのための一般会計からする繰入金に関する法律（昭和二十三年法律第十八号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account to Cover the Deficits in Revenues of the Special Account for Deposit Bureau, Ministry of Finance and Other Two Special Accounts for Fiscal Year 1948-49 (Law No.18 of 1948) shall be partially amended as follows:
題名中「外二特別会計」を「外三特別会計」に改める。
In the Title of the Law, "and Other Two Special Accounts" shall read "and Other Three Special Accounts."
第一項中「大藏省預金部特別会計、」の下に「食糧管理特別会計、」を加え、「四十五億七千九百九十七万九千円、」を「四十一億四千六百二万六千円、食糧管理特別会計については十二億千八百三十五万二千円、」に、「二百九十一億七千四百万円」を「三百二億七千九百六十九万五千円」に、「六十億二千六百万円」を「六十九億二千六百四十三万七千円」に改める。
In Par.1, "Special Account for Foodstuff Control," shall be added next to "Special Account for Deposit Bureau, Ministry of Finance," and "4,579,979,000 yen" shall read "4,146,026,000 yen, 1,218,352,000 yen for Special Account for Foodstuff Controll," "29,174,000,000 yen" shall read "30,279,695,000 yen," and "6,026,000,000 yen" shall read "6,926,437,000 yen."
第二項中「大藏省預金部特別会計、」の下に「食糧管理特別会計、」を加える。
In Par.2, "Special Account for Foodstuff Control" shall be added next to "Special Account for Deposit Bureau, Ministry of Finance."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
