裁判所職員の定員に関する法律の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendment to the Law for the Total Number of Court Officials
裁判所職員の定員に関する法律（昭和二十二年法律第六十四号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Law for the Total Number of Court Officials (Law No.64 of 1947) shall partially be amended as follows:
第一條中「 判事　專任八百六十七人 判事補　專任三百七人 簡易裁判所判事　專任六百四十五人 」を「 判事　專任九百五十七人 判事補　專任三百二十五人 簡易裁判所判事　專任六百九十三人 」に改める。
In Art.1, "Judges　full time service 867 persons," "Assistant Judges　full time service 307 persons"and "Judges of the Summary Court　full time service 645 persons" shall read respectively "Judges　full time service 957 persons," "Assistant Judges　full time service 325 persons"and "Judges of the Summary Court　full time service 693 persons."
第四條中「 專任五人　一級 專任七百五十九人　二級 專任四千五百五十一人　三級 」を「 專任六人　一級 專任千百三十九人　二級 專任五千五百八十四人　三級 」に改める。
In Art.4, "full time service 5 persons　1st Class," "full time service 759 persons　2nd Class"and "full time service 4,551 persons　3rd Class" shall read respectively "full time service 6 persons　1st Class," "full time service 1,139 persons　2nd Class"and "full time service 5,584 persons　3rd Class."
第五條中「 專任四人　二級 專任二十五人　三級 」を「 專任三十四人　二級 專任三十七人　三級 」に改める。
In Art.5, "full time service 4 persons　2nd Class"and "full time service 25 persons　3rd Class" shall read respectively "full time service 34 persons　2nd Class"and "full time service 37 persons　3rd Class."
第六條中「專任五十八人」を「專任八十三人」に改める。
In Art.6, "full time service 58 persons" shall read "full time service 83 persons."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、昭和二十四年一月一日から施行する。
The present Law shall come into force as from January 1, 1949.
