國家公務員法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendment of the National Public Service Law
國家公務員法（昭和二十二年法律第百二十号）の一部を次のように改正する。
A part of the National Public Service Law (Law No.120 of 1947) shall be amended as follows:
第二條第三項に次の二号を加える。
The following two items shall be added after Paragraph 3 of Article 2:
十三　連合國軍の需要に應じ、連合國軍のために労務に服する者
13.　Employees engaged in labour for the Allied Forces in compliance with the demands of the Allied Forces;
十四　人事院が指定する公團の職員（但し、本号は、昭和二十四年三月三十一日限りその効力を失う。）
14.　Personnel of the Kodan as designated by the National Personnel Authority (However, the present item shall be effective until March 31, 1949).
第五條第二項を削り、第三項を第二項とし、以下順次繰り上げる。
Paragraph 2 of Article 5 shall be delated;and Paragraph 3 of the same Article shall be carried forward as Paragaph 2, and paragraphs following Paragraph 2 shall be carried forward by one consecutively.
第八條第一項第一号中「第四項」を「第三項」に改め、同條第五項を削る。
In Article 8, Paragraph 1, Item 1, "Para-graph 4" shall read "Paragraph 3," and Paragraph 5 of the same Article shall be deleted.
第百九條中第一号を削り、第二号を第一号とし、以下順次繰り上げる。
In Article 109, Item 1 shall be deleted;and Item 2 shall be carried forward as Item 1, and the number of items following Item 1 shall be carried forward by one consecutively.
第百十一條中「第百九條第一号、第三号より第五号まで及び第十三号」を「第百九條第二号より第四号まで及び第十二号」に改める。
In Article 111, "Items 1, 3, 4, 5 and 13 of Article 109" shall read "Items 2, 3, 4 and 12 of Article 109."
附則第二條第六項中「第五條第一項、第三項乃至第五項」を「第五條第一項乃至第四項」に改める。
In Paragraph 6 of Article 2 of the Supplementary Provisions, "Paragraphs 1, 3 to 5 inclusive of Article 5" shall read "Paragraphs 1 to 4 inclusive of Article 5."
附則第三條中「第五條第六項」を「第五條第五項」に改める。
In Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions, "Paragraph 6 of Article 5" shall read "Paragraph 5 of Article 5."
第二次改正法律附則
Second Revised Supplementary Provisions:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
