I hereby promulgate the Law for Amending a Part of the Financial Institutions Reconstruction and Reorganization Law.

金融機関再建整備法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Amending a Part of the Financial Institutions Reconstruction and Reorganization Law
金融機関再建整備法（昭和二十一年法律第三十九号）の一部を次のように改正する。
A part of the Financial Institutions Reconstruction and Reorganization Law (Law No.39 of 1946) shall be amended as follows:
第三十三條第六項中「百六十三億円」を「百六十五億円」に改める。
In Article 33, paragraph 6, "sixteen billion three hundred million yen (16,300,000,000)" shall read "sixteen billion five hundred million yen (16,500,000,000)."
附 則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
