貿易資金特別会計法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Amending a Part of the Foreign Trade Fund Special Account Law
貿易資金特別会計法（昭和二十二年法律第百七十九号）の一部を次のように改正する。
A part of the Foreign Trade Fund Special Account Law (Law No.179 of 1947) shall be amended as follows:
第三條第二項但書中「百五十億円」を「二百五十億円」に改める。
In the proviso to Article 3, paragraph 2, "fifteen billion yen" shall read "twenty-five billion yen."
別表第二第二類第五号中「貿易公團の保有する輸出物資又は準貿易物資」を「貿易公團の保有する輸出物資若しくは準貿易物資又は原材料貿易公團の保有する輸出物資の原材料若しくは包裝材料」に改め、同号の次に次の一号を加える。
In item 5 of 2nd Class Items, the Annexed Table No.2, "those on hand of the Foreign Trade Corporation" shall read "those on hand of the Foreign Trade Corporation or raw materials or packing materials of foreign trade commodities on hand of the Raw Materials Foreign Trade Corporation" and the following item shall be added after the same item:
六　貿易公團が発注した輸出物資で、未だ同公團の所有とならないものに対する代價の支拂済金額
6.　Amount of disbursed purchasing money for foreign trade commodities ordered by the Foreign Trade Corporation, but not yet obtained by the same corporation.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
