I hereby promulgate the Law for Amending a Part of the Law concerning Special Accounts for the Enterprises of the Monopoly Bureau and the Printing Bureau.

Law for Amending a Part of the Law concerning Special Accounts for the Enterprises of the Monopoly Bureau and the Printing Bureau
A part of the Law concerning Special Accounts for the Enterprises of the Monopoly Bureau and the Printing Bureau (Law No.36 of 1947) shall be amended as follows:
The following Article shall be added next to Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions;
Article 6. In case there arises a necessity for supplementing the working capital of the Special Account for the Printing Bureau, the Government is authorized, only for the fiscal year 1948, to make borrowings from the Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance or the Bank of Japan on the burden of the same account, regardless of the provisions of Article 6;provided that the amount can not exceed 800,000,000 yen.
The borrowings under the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall be redeemed within the following fiscal year.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
