In Article 158, Paragraph 1, NO.1, "1. General Affairs Division" shall read "1. General Affairs Bureau" , "2. Financial Affairs Division" shall read "2. Financial Affairs Bureau" , and the following paragraph shall be added next to Paragraph 1.
都は、特別の必要があるときは、前項の規定にかかわらず、條例で、左の局を設けることができる。

Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、昭和二十三年九月一日から、これを施行する。
The present Law shall come into force as from September 1, 1948.
