裁判所職員の定員に関する法律の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendments to the Law for the Total Number of Court Officials
裁判所職員の定員に関する法律（昭和二十二年法律第六十四号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Law for the Total Number of Court Officials (Law No.64 of 1947) shall partially be amended as follows:
第一條判事補の部中「判事補專任二百五十二人」を「判事補專任三百七人」に改める。
In Art.1, "Assistant Judges full time service 252 persons" shall read "Assistant Judges full time service 307 persons."
第二條中「專任一人　一級」を「專任十三人　一級」に改め、「專任五人　二級」を削る。
In Art.2, "full time service 1 person 1st Class" shall read "full time service 13 persons 1st Class" and "full time service 45 persons 2nd Class" shall be deleted.
第三條第二項中「十人」を「二十人」に改める。
In Art.3, Par.2, "10 persons" shall read "20 persons."
第四條中「 專任四人　一級 專任二百五十九人　二級 專任三千百五十七人　三級 」を「 專任五人　一級 專任六百九十七人　二級 專任四千七十一人　三級 」に改める。
In Art.4, "full time service 4 persons　1st Class, ""full time service 259 persons　2nd Class "and" full time service 3157 persons　3rd Class" shall respectively read "full time service 5 persons　1st Class, ""full time service 697 persons　2nd Clas"and "full time service 4071 persons　3rd Class."
第五條中「 專任二人　二級 專任十一人　三級 」を「 專任四人　二級 專任二十五人　三級 」に改める。
In Art.5, "full time service 2 persons　2nd Class"and "full time service 11 persons　3rd Class" shall respectively read "full time service 4 persons　2nd Class "and" full time service 25 persons　3rd Class."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
