貿易資金特別会計法の一部を改正する法律
Law amending a Part of the Foreign Trade Fund Special Account Law
貿易資金特別会計法（昭和二十二年法律第百七十九号）の一部を次のように改正する。
A part of the Foreign Trade Fund Special Account Law (Law No,179 of 1947), shall be amended as follows:
第三條第二項但書中「百億円」を「百五十億円」に改める。
In proviso to Art.3, Par.2, "ten billion yen" shall read "fifteen billion yen."
第六條中「借入金、」の下に「貿易公團法（昭和二十二年法律第五十八号）第二十條第五項の規定による納付金、」を、「償還金、」の下に「貿易公團への交付金、」を加える。
In Art.6, "payments under the provisions of Article 20, Paragraph 5 of the Foreign Trade Public Corporation Law (Law No.56 of 1947)" shall be added next to "borrowing of Paragraph 1 of Article 7" and "grants to the Foreign Trade Public Corporation" shall be added next to "redemption of borrowing of Article 7."
第七條第一項中「資金運用手数料、」の下に「貿易公團への交付金、」を加える。
In Art.7, Par.1, "grants to the Foreign Trade Public Corporation" shall be added next to "commissions on fund operation."
別表第一第一号の次に次の一号を加える。
The following item shall be added next to Item 1 of the Annexed Table No.1:
一の二　國以外の者の行う輸出に基く請求権
1-(2)　Claims based on the exports operated by a person other than the State.
別表第二第一類第一号の次に次の一号を加える。
The following item shall be added next to Item 1 in 1st Class Items of the Annexed Table No 2:
一の二　國以外の者の行う輸出に基く請求権に対する支拂金額（未拂金額を含む。）
1-(2)　Sums paid (including payable sums) to the claims based on the exports operated by a person other than the State.
同類第七号中「同條第二項の規定による借入金」の下に「又は融通証券」を加える。
In Item 7 in the same Class, "or accommodation bills" shall be added next to "unredeemed amount of borrowing in accordance with the provisions of Par.2 of of the same Art."
別表第二第二類第二号の次に次の一号を加える。
The following item shall be added next to item 2 in 2nd Class Items of the Annexed Table No.2:
二の二　國以外の者の行う輸出に基く請求権に関する戻入金額（未收金額を含む。）
2-(2)　Sums refunded (including sums to be collected) with respect to the claims based on the exports operated by a person other than the State.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から、これを施行する。但し、第六條及び第七條第一項の改正規定は、昭和二十三年度分から、これを適用する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation;Art.7 Par. provided, that the revised provisions of Art.6 and 1 shall apply thereto as from the fiscal year 1948-1949.
