運輸省官制の一部を改正する法律
Law amending a part of Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry of Transportation
運輸省官制（昭和十八年勅令第八百二十九号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The following amendments shall be made to a part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry of Transportation (Imperial Ordinance No.829 of 1943).
第三條第二項中「工作局」の下に「、國営自動車局」を加える。
In Paragraph 2 of Article 3, "Government Motor Transportation Bureau" shall be added next to "Rolling-stock and Machinery Bureau."
第四條第二号の次に左の一号を加える。
The following one item shall be added next to Item 2 of Article 4.
二ノ二　國有鉄道ニ関聯スル國営自動車及其ノ附帶事業ニ関スル事項
2-2.　Subjects concerning government motor transportation service related to government railways and business incidental thereto.
第六條第一号中「國有鉄道」の下に「及國営自動車」を加え、同條第二号を削り、第三号を第二号とする。
In Item 1 of Article 6, "and government motor transportation" shall be added next to "government railways." Item 2 of the same Article shall be deleted, and Item 3 shall be Item 2.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
