Law for the Legislative Bureaus of the Houses
Article 1. The Legislative Bureau of each House shall have the following personnel:
The full number of Secretaries and Clerks shall be fixed by the decision of the House.
Article 2. The Director shall, under the supervision of the Speaker, administer all affairs of the Bureau and supervise its personnel.
Article 3. Sections and Divisions shall be instituted in the Bureau in order to divide and take charge of the affairs of the Bureau.
Affairs to be taken charge of by each Section and Division and disposition of Sections in each Division and the personnel shall be decided by the Director.
Article 4. Each Division shall have its Chief, and the Director shall, on the agreement of the Speaker, appoint the Division-Chiefs from among the Secretaries.
The Chief of a Division shall, under the instructions of the Director, take charge of the affairs of his Division.
Article 5. Each Section shall have its Chief, and the Director shall appoint the Section-Chiefs from among the Secretaries.
The Chief of a Section shall, under the instructions of the Director, take charge of the affairs of his Section.
Article 6. The Secretary shall, under the instructions and supervision of his superior, take charge of business.
The Clerk shall, under the instructions and supervision of his superior, engage in business.
Article 7. The Director and the Secretary may, upon the request of the Committee or the Joint Examination Meeting, make report and explanation on the affairs under their jurisdiction.
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
