I hereby promulgate the Law amending a part of the Employment Security Law.

Law No.72
The Employment Security Law (Law No.141 of 1947) shall be amended as follows:
Art.44. No person, organization or agency, governmental or private, shall be allowed to conduct a labor supply project, or to use labor supplied by such a project, except as provided in Art.45.
In Art.49, Par.2, "The preceding, paragraph" shall be amended as "The preceding two paragraphs" ;the following paragraph shall be inserted as Par.2, and the present Paragraph 2 shall be made Paragraph 3:
For the purpose of inspecting whether or not the factories, plants or any other industrial establishments are observing the provision of Art.44, the government, if deemed necessary, may authorize competent officials to inspect such establishments and to ask for ledgers, books and documents to be presented for inspection or to inquire employers and the workers".
In Art.66, item 3, "Art.49, Par.1" shall read "Art.49, Par.1 or Par.2" and "inspection" shall read "inspection or investigation" .
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
