I hereby promulgate the Law amending a part of the Law for the Measures to be taken in case where the Agricultural Land Development Works under the management of the Agricultural Land Development Corporation are succeeded to by the Government.

農地開発営團の行う農地開発事業を政府において引き継いだ場合の措置に関する法律の一部を改正する法律
Law amending a part of the Law for the measures to be taken in case where the Agricultural Land Development Works under the management of the Agricultural Land Development Corporation are succeeded to by the Government
The following partial amendments shall be made to the "Law for the Measures to be taken in case where the Agricultural Land Development Works under the management of the Agricultural Land Development Corporation are succeeded to by the Government" (Law No.176 of 1947):
Article 3. The Government may, pursuant to a Cabinet Order, increase the necessary number of officials of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, for the purpose of carrying out agricultural land development works by the Government which have hitherto been managed by the Agricultural Land Development Corporation in accordance with the provisions of Art.44 of the Agricultural Land Development Law and with its authority entrusted by the Government.

Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、昭和二十三年六月一日から、これを施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from June 1.1948.
