I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account to Cover the Deficits in Revenues of the Special Account for Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance for the Fiscal Year 1948-1949.

In order to cover deficits in the revenues of the Special Account for Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance for the fiscal year 1948-49, the Government is authorized to transfer funds from the General Account to the Special Account:Provided that the maximum amount transferable shall be\132,114,000.
The Government shall later transfer sume, equivalent to the amount transferred under the provisions of the preceding paragraph, as prescribed in a budget, to the General Account from the Special Account for Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
