I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Partial Amendment to the Law No.170 of 1947 (Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account to meet the Deficits in Revenues of the Fiscal Year 1947-48 of the Special Account for the Deposit Bureau, Ministry of Finance, the Special Account for the State Railways Service, the Special Account for the Communications Service and the Insurance Sub-Account and Annuity Sub-Account of Special Account for Post Insurance and Postal Annuity).

昭和二十二年法律第百七十号の一部を次のように改正する。
Law No.170 of 1947 shall be partially amended as follows:
第一項中「十一億九千二百四十四万八千円」を「十二億六千九百五十四万五千円」に、「六十九億八千六百十八万八千円」を「七十七億八千六十六万四千円」に、「三十五億四万円」を「三十九億五万六千円」に、「一億七千七百五十六万八千円」を「二億四千八百五十九万五千円」に、「五百十九万四千円」を「七百二十七万二千円」に改める。
In Paragraph 1, "1,192,448,000 yen" shall read "1,269,545,000 yen" , "6,986,188,000 yen," shall read "7,780,664,000 yen" , "3,500,040,000 yen" shall read "3,900,056,000 yen" , "177,568,000 yen" shall read "248,595,000 yen" and "5,194,000 yen" shall read "7,272,000 yen" .
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
