I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Postal Life Insurance and Postal Annuity Enterprise Committee, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 200
A part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Postal Jife Insurance and Postal Annuity Enterprise Committee shall be amended as follows
In Article 3, item 4. "not more than 7 persons" shall read "not more than 22 persons"; in the same article, item 2 and item 3 shall be deleted, item 4 shall read item 2 and item 5 shall read item 3.
In Article 4, "to the throne" shall be deleted, "by the Cabinet" shall read "by the Prime Minister" and "items 2 to 5 inclusive" shall read "item 2 and item 3."
In Article 8, paragraph, 2 "by the Cabinet" shall read "by the Prime Minister, and "to the throne" shall be deleted.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
