I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendmends to the Enforcement Ordinance of the Law No. 25 of 1935 and others, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 196
Article 1. Part of the Enforcement Ordinance of the Law No. 25 of 1935 shall be amended as follows:
Item 2 and item 3 of Article 7 shall be amended as follows:
2. Men of learning and experience.
Article 2. Part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Customs Investigation Committee shall be amended as follows:
Nos. 7 to 9 of Article 4 shall be amended as follows:
7. Men of learning and experience not more than 28.
"To No. 9" in paragraph 2 of Article 5, shall be deleted.
Article 3. Part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Special Financing Loss Investigation Committee shall be amended as follows:
Item 4 of paragraph 1 of Article 4 shall be deleted, and item 5 shall read "No. 4."
"To No. 4" in paragraph 2 of the same Article, shall read "and item 3."
"Personnel of the Hypothec Bank of Japan and of the Wartime Finance Bank" in paragraph 1 of Article 7 and paragraph 1 of Article 8, shall read "and the personnel of the Hypothec Bank of Japan."
Article 4. Part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Funds Absorption Special Measures Committee shall be amended as follows:
"Members of the House of Peers and of the House of Representatives" in Article 4, shall be deleted.
"Members of the House of Peers and of the House of Representatives and" in paragraph 1 of Article 5, shall be deleted.
Article 5. Part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Temporary Funds Adjustment Committee shall be amended as follows:
"Members of the House of Peers and of the House of Representatives" in Article 4, shall be deleted.
Article 6. The following Imperial Ordinances sha be abolished.
Ordinance for the Organization of Company Accounts Examination Committee
Ordinance for the Organization of the Examination of Contributions Committee
Ordinance for the Organization of the Securities Exchange Committee.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
