審議経過

朕は、各廳職員危篤又は退官の際における任用等の特例の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to be made to the special instances of the appointment of personnel of government offices, etc. at the time of critical illness or retirement and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 181
各廳職員危篤又は退官の際における任用等の特例の一部を次のように改正する。
Part of the special instances of the appointment of personnel of government offices, etc. at the time of critical illness or retirement shall be amended as follows:
第二條第一項中「勅令」の上に「法律又ハ」を加える。
In Article 2, paragraph 1, "Law or" shall be added above "Imperial Ordinance."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
