I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to Imperial Ordinance No. 218 of 1922 relating to the Charge in regard to Analysis, Certification and Appraisal conducted by Regional Bureau of Commerce and Industry, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 169
A part of the Imperial Ordinance No. 218 of 1922 shall be amended as follows:
In the main clause of item 1 of Article 1, "2 yen" shall read "10 yen," "1 yen" shall read "5 yen" and the proviso of the same item is deleted.
In the main clause of item 2 of the same Article, "3 yen" shall read "15 yen," "2 yen" shall read "10 yen," and the proviso of the same item is deleted.
In item 3 and item 4 of the same Article, "2 yen" shall read "10 yen."
In Article 2, "20 sen" shall read "1 yen" and "50 sen" shall read "2 yen 50 sen."
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from May 1, 1947.
