I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment to be made to the Imperial Ordinance governing Agricultural Land Reclamation Enterprise, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 154
農地開発事業令の一部を次のように改正する。
The following partial amendment shall be made to the Imperial Ordinance governing Agriculture Land Reclamation Enterprise:
第二十三條ノ二を削る。
Article 23-(2) shall be deleted.

Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
