I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Colleges of Fisheries, and cause the same to be promulgated.

A part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Colleges of Fisheries shall be revised as follows:
In Art. 2, under "The Colleges of Fisheries" "all the Colleges of Fisheries" shall be added, "Full-time 31 persons" shall read "Full-time 48 persons," "1 person" shall read "2 persons," "Full-time 26 persons" shall read "full-time 33 persons," and "

Art. 4. The names and situations of the Colleges of Fisheries shall be decided by the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry.
Supplementary Provision:
This present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
