I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance making amendments to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and others, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 135
Article 1. The following amendments are made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs:
Article 3, paragraph 2 shall be deleted.
In Article 9, "full time 7" shall read "full time 4"; "full time 109," "full time 94"; "full time 210," "full time 182"; "full time 3," "full time 2"; and "full time 18," "full time 8."
Article 2. The following amendments are made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Central Liaison Office:
In Article 4, "full time 203" shall read "full time 191"; and "full time 128," "full time 120."
Article 3. The following amendments are made to the Ordinance relating to the Full Numbers of the Personnel of Diplomatic and Consular Establishments Abroad.
In Article 1, "full time 238" shall read "full time 244"; and "full time 236," "full time 259."
In Article 2, "15 persons" shall read "14 persons."
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
