I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance fixing the Enforcement Date of the Industrial Reconstruction Public Corporation Law, and cause the same to be promulgated.

In the Industrial Reconstruction Public Corporation Law, the provisions of Articles 31, 39 and 40 shall come into force as from the date of formation of the Industrial Reconstruction Public Corporation, and other provisions as from April 17, 1947.
