Imperial Ordinance No. 130
In the Industrial Reconstruction Public Corporation Law, the provisions of Articles 31, 39 and 40 shall come into force as from the date of formation of the Industrial Reconstruction Public Corporation, and other provisions as from April 17, 1947.
