朕は、石油配給公團法の施行期日を定める勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance fixing the Enforcement Date of the Petroleum Distribution Public Corporation Law, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 128
石油配給公團法第三十六條及び第三十七條の規定は、昭和二十二年四月十六日から、その他の規定は、同月十七日から、これを施行する。
The provisions of Articles 36 and 37 of the Petroleum Distribution Public Corporation Law shall come into force as from April 16, 1947 and other provisions as from April 17, 1947.
