I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Enforcement of the Law No. 21 of 1947 for the Dissolution of the Securities Exchange of Japan and others, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 127
Article 1. The registration to be effected by the present Imperial Ordinance shall be made by stating on the Registration Book of the Securities Exchange of Japan.
Article 2. The Minister of Finance shall give charge of the registration on the dissolution of the Securities Exchange of Japan to register offices in the locality of the head office or subordinate offices of the Securities Exchange of Japan.
The register offices shall effect registration on such dissolution as soon as they are given charge of in accordance with the provisions of the foregoing paragraph.
Article 3. When liquidation is completed, liquidators shall effect registration on the completion of liquidation in the locality of the head office and in the locality of subordinate offices as soon as the liability of liquidators be released in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 12 of the Law No. 21 of 1947, whereby, Article 9 of the said Law is applied mutatis mutandis to the said provisions.
Article 4. Paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 123 of the Commercial Code, Article 142 to Article 150 inclusive, Article 150-3 to Article 151-6, Article 155 to Article 157 inclusive, Article 176 and Article 177 of the Law concerning the procedure of non-contentious case and Article 15 of the Enforcement Ordinance of the Securities Exchange of Japan Law shall apply mutatis mutandis to the registration as prescribed by the present Imperial Ordinance.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of the enforcement of the Law No. 21 of 1947.
