I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to the Enforcement Regulations of the Law of Emergency Administration Measures for Financial Institutions and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 124
Part of the Enforcement Regulations of the Law of Emergency Administration Measures for Financial Institutions shall be amended as follows:
Article 3-(2).　An ordinary general meeting of financial institutions to be convened for the business year following the business year ending at the appointed date may be called up, notwithstanding the laws or articles of association, within three months after the end of the business year concerned.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall be applied as from April 1, 1947.
