Article 3-(2). An ordinary general meeting of financial institutions to be convened for the business year following the business year ending at the appointed date may be called up, notwithstanding the laws or articles of association, within three months after the end of the business year concerned.

Supplementary Provision: The present Ordinance shall be applied as from April 1, 1947.
