Imperial Ordinance No. 124
金融機関経理應急措置法施行令の一部を次のように改正する。
Part of the Enforcement Regulations of the Law of Emergency Administration Measures for Financial Institutions shall be amended as follows:
Article 3-(2). An ordinary general meeting of financial institutions to be convened for the business year following the business year ending at the appointed date may be called up, notwithstanding the laws or articles of association, within three months after the end of the business year concerned.

Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、昭和二十二年四月一日から、これを適用する。
The present Ordinance shall be applied as from April 1, 1947.
