I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry for Home Affairs and others and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 122
Article 1. The following amendments shall partially be made to the Regulations governing the Organizations of the Ministry for Home Affairs:
In Article 3, "full time 36 persons" shall read "full time 38 persons," "full time 10 persons" shall read "full time 12 persons" and "full time 125 persons" shall read "full time 137 persons."
Article 2. The following amendments shall partially be made to the Regulations governing the Temporary Establishment of Personnel within the Ministry for Home Affairs:
"Full time 1289 persons" shall read "full time 1290 persons."
Article 3. The following amendments shall partially be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of Local Police School:
In Article 2, the following shall be added next to "Osaka Local Police School":
"Hiroshima Local Police School
Fukuoka Local Police School."
In Article 3, paragraph 1, "
Home Ministry Educational Officials;
and Home Ministry Secretaries;
" shall read "
Home Ministry Educational Officials;
and Home Ministry Secretaries;
."
Article 4. The following amendments shall partially be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of Tokyo Metropolis:
In Article 1-(2), "full time not more than 4073 persons" shall read "full time not more than 4075 persons."
Article 5. The following amendments shall partially be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of Hokkaido Government:
In Article 1-(2), "full time not more than 882 persons" shall read "full time not more than 885 persons."
Article 6. The following amendments shall partially be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of Prefectural Governments:
In Article 2, "full time not more than 30055 persons" shall read "full time not more than 30096 persons."
Article 7. The following amendments shall partially be made to the Regulations governing the Temporary Establishment of Personnel of Tokyo Metropolis, Hokkaido Government and Prefectural Governments:
In Article 1, "full time 53 persons" shall read "full time 54 persons" and "full time 245 persons" shall read "full time 249 persons."
In Article 1-(3), "full time 57 persons" shall read "full time 58 persons" and "full time 2109 persons" shall read "full time 2116 persons."
In Article 1-(4), paragraph 1, "full time 982 persons" shall read "full time 1026 persons" and "full time 4942 persons" shall read "full time 5161 persons."
Supplementary Provision:
The present Imperial Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
